Quarto announces that it received notice on 11 March 2010 that Mr. Robert Morley, Executive Director, yesterday transferred 18,344 ordinary shares in Quarto from his SIPP (The Morley SIPP) to his personal account at a price of 78 pence per share.

Robert Morley's beneficial ownership of 1,402,852 ordinary shares in Quarto remains unchanged.
