The Company was notified on 9 March 2010 that, on 8 March 2010, Charles Parkinson, the Company's chairman, sold 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 46.5p per share. Following the sale, Mr Parkinson no longer holds Ordinary Shares.
