Notification of transaction in shares by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs").

The following PDMRs notified the Company today that on 4 March 2010 they disposed of the number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each listed against their name at a price of 80.2 pence per share to fund income tax and national insurance contributions arising in respect of awards held under the Galiform Co-Investment Plan.

This notification is made pursuant to The Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a).
