THE LINDSELL TRAIN INVESTMENT TRUST PLC

Interim Dividend

The Lindsell Train Investment Trust plc announces that the Directors have today declared an interim dividend for holders of its Ordinary shares in an amount of £3.65 per Ordinary share. The interim dividend will be paid on 26 March 2010 to holders on the Register at 5 March 2010 (ex-dividend 3 March 2010).
