Following the announcement on 19 February 2010 detailing the appointment of Andrew Monk to the board of the Company, Radicle announces pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules that Andrew Monk is the holder of 1,666,667 ordinary shares in the Company representing 3.23 per cent. of the total voting rights of Radicle.
