In response to the movement in its share price, FuturaGene PLC ('FuturaGene') confirms that it has received an approach regarding a possible offer for FuturaGene from a third party at an indicative price approximately equivalent to the current market price. Discussions are at a very early stage and there can be no certainty that these could lead to an offer for FuturaGene.
