Trading Statement - Update

Further to its trading statement on 18 February 2010, Eatonfield is now able to update shareholders that the party previously offering loan finance has agreed instead to provide equity funding of £250,000 and the directors now intend to approach some of the Company's larger shareholders with a view to raising further equity funding of £1.25 million to provide the required short-term working capital.
