Update of data in order to allow shareholders of KBC Group NV to do the
necessary notifications
The update relates to the number of ordinary shares of KBC Group NV (one
ordinary share = one voting right).
As a consequence of a capital increase reserved exclusively for the personnel of
KBC Group NV and some of its subsidiaries, the number of ordinary shares of KBC
Group NV increased by
165 303 (or 0.046%), to 357 918 125 on 31 December 2009. To date, this number is
still unchanged.
