Directorate change

Radicle Projects plc, the AIM quoted UK company which owns and operates Australian agribusiness assets, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Andrew Monk as a Non Executive Director of the Company.

Mr Monk has had a successful career for more than 25 years in the City since graduating from Oriel College Oxford.  He was a founder and Joint CEO of Oriel Securities Limited and subsequently CEO of Blue Oar plc (now Astaire Group plc).  He was appointed CEO of Formjet plc in September 2009.

During his career in the City, he has helped to fund and grow many small and microcap private and quoted companies.  The Board believes that, following the recent share placing and capital restructuring, Mr Monk's experience will provide valuable guidance and advice during the next stage of the Company's development.
