Transaction in Own Shares

Leeds Group announces that on 17 February 2010 it purchased 240,000 of its own Ordinary Shares to be held in treasury. The shares were purchased at 14p each.

As a result of the above purchase, the total number of Ordinary Shares now held in treasury is 3,565,658 and the number of remaining Ordinary Shares in issue is 28,909,342.
