Palmaris received notification on 12 February 2010 that on 10 February 2010 Laxey Partners Limited sold 1,560,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), and now holds an interest in 10,787,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.92% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company also announces that Noble & Company Limited, the Company's Nominated Adviser and Broker, has changed its name to Execution Noble & Company Limited with immediate effect.
