Notification of Interest in Shares

The Company announces the following change in notifiable interests in VCF. Laxey Partners Limited re the Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") has sold the following ordinary shares of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):

· On 6 January 2010, EBT sold 195,745 Ordinary Shares.

· On 12 January 2010, EBT sold 24,896 Ordinary Shares.

· On 18 January 2010, EBT sold 6,652 Ordinary Shares.

Following these transactions, EBT holds 1,794,036 shares, being 1.06% of the issued share capital of the Company.

(1) Michael Haxby, a director of the Company, is a beneficiary of the Laxey Partners Limited re the Employee Benefit Trust.
