AGM STATEMENT

The Paragon Group of Companies PLC announces that at the Annual General Meeting held today, all the resolutions which were put to the meeting were passed unanimously on a show of hands without amendment.

In accordance with paragraph 9.6.2 of the Listing Rules, two copies of the resolutions passed at the meeting concerning special business together with the amended Articles of Association have been submitted to the UKLA.
