The Directors of the Funds wish to announce that the proposals to change the definition of "Dealing Day" for Class B Participating Shares as set out in the circulars to shareholders dated January 29, 2010, have been approved by shareholders.

"Dealing Day" is now defined as "each Friday, and if such day is not a Business Day, the immediate following Business Day".
