Education Development International plc ('the Company') announces that it has been notified that Nigel Snook, Chief Executive, today purchased 12,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 137 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the above purchase, Mr Snook has an interest in 3,126,437 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 5.4% of the Total Voting Rights.
