Redemption Facility

As set out in the Company's prospectus the Directors of the Company have the discretion to offer a half yearly redemption facility on 30 March and 30 September of up to 25 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital to investors.

The Directors have resolved not to exercise their discretion to offer a redemption facility as at 30 March 2010.

The Company continues to operate an active share buyback programme.
