As set out in the Company's prospectus the Directors of the Company have the discretion to offer an annual capital distribution to investors dependent on Net Asset Value performance during the financial year to 31 March.

The Directors have resolved not to exercise their discretion to offer a distribution for the financial year to 31 March 2010.
