340000 ordinary shares at 132.5 pence per share       

377157 ordinary shares at 125 pence per share          

2250 ordinary shares at 118.75 pence per share         

10000 ordinary shares at 118.5 pence per share         

1875 ordinary shares at 116 pence per share  

105886 ordinary shares at 105.5 pence per share       

15633 ordinary shares at 104.25 pence per share       

27823 ordinary shares at 70 pence per share  

6027 ordinary shares at 50 pence per share    

29912 ordinary shares at 48 pence per share  

20000 ordinary shares at 28 pence per share  

Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company held 53,400,450

Ordinary shares as treasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) was 1,290,655,246
