Result of General Meeting

London Town is pleased to announce that at the general meeting of the Company held today, the special resolution to approve the delisting of the Company was duly passed. Accordingly, trading in the ordinary shares on AIM will cease at close of business on 18 February 2010 and cancellation of admission to trading on AIM of the Ordinary Shares will become effective at 7:00 a.m. on 19 February 2010.
