JPMorgan European Fledgeling Investment Trust plc purchased into treasury 142,000 ordinary shares at 652.79 pence per share on Friday 5^th February 2010

Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue total 48,713,323 including 2,495,217 held in treasury at a weighted average discount of 16.02%.
