Transfer of Treasury Shares

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("the Company") announces that, on 4 February 2010,
the following ordinary shares (208,206 ) have been transferred from treasury
shares for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Reckitt Benckiser
Group Share Schemes/Plans:

US Share Save Scheme:

208,206 Ordinary shares at £16.90 per share

Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 2,174,510
Ordinary shares in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury
shares) is 720,194,002.
