announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the
London Stock Exchange for a listing of 91,524 ordinary shares of 21 53/94 pence
each.

 The application is in respect of shares allotted as part of the contingent
consideration with regard to the acquisition of CellMed AG on 7th March 2005.
