Ensor Holdings PLC ("Ensor" or the "Company") announces that it has received
notification that Roger Harrison, a director of Ensor, has today purchased
6,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in Company at a price of 14.5p per share.
Following this purchase Mr. Harrison now holds 158,500 ordinary shares
representing 0.5 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
