Transaction in own shares

In accordance with paragraph 12.6.4 R of the Listing Rules, the Company advises that it has made the following transfers of ordinary shares out of treasury:

1.             11,115 ordinary shares of 1 pence each were today transferred out of treasury to participants in its Dunelm Group Savings Related Share Option Plan.

2.             The highest price paid for a share was £1.53

3.             The lowest price paid for a share was £1.53.

4.             Following the above transfer of shares out of treasury, the Company holds a total of 257, 615 ordinary shares of 1 pence each as treasury shares.

5.         The total number of shares in issue excluding treasury shares is 200,533,785.
