Issue of Options
The Company announces that, on 2 February 2010, it granted options over 1,200,000 ordinary shares (the "Options") to certain employees and directors of the Company.
The Options have an exercise price of 23 pence, being the closing mid-price of the Company on 1 February 2010, and may be exercised at any time in the three years ending 2nd February 2013.
