JSC SITRONICS (“SITRONICS” or “The Company”) (LSE: SITR), a leading
provider of telecommunications, IT and microelectronic solutions in
Russia and the CIS, today announced that it has filed its documents for
the Extraordinary General Meeting of SITRONICS’ Shareholders (“EGM”) to
be held on February 25, 2010, with the Financial Services Authority
(“FSA”) according to its Rules.
The documents provided to the FSA are as follows:
