Networkers International plc announces that on 2 February 2010 it purchased 40,000 of its own Ordinary Shares to be held in treasury. The shares were purchased at 28p each.

As a result of the above purchase, the total number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury is 265,000 and the number of remaining Ordinary Shares in issue is 93,603,302.
