On 3 February 2010, the Company received notification that on that same day, Mr Donald Sinclair, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, acquired 38,595 ordinary shares of 0.1p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 25.75p per share.

Mr Sinclair now holds a beneficial interest in 149,050 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.09% of the issued share capital of the Company.
