Appointment of administrator to Scarlet Television Limited

Motive announces that earlier today David Hughes, a partner of Janes Insolvency, was appointed as Administrator to Scarlet Television Limited, a 50.6 per cent. owned subsidiary of Motive.

In the year ended 31 December 2008 Scarlet contributed £929,000 revenue and made a loss before tax of £175,000 and a loss after tax of £303,000.  Motive announced on 23 December 2009 its strategy of closing down or selling its television production businesses in order to move into the digital terrestrial television technology sector.

Motive is negotiating the sale of its remaining television production businesses, Motive Television Ltd and Brown Eyed Boy Ltd.
