Ovoca Gold Plc. ("Ovoca" or the "Company") was notified that on 2 February 2010, Mr. Timothy McCutcheon acquired 200,000 shares in the capital of Ovoca at 19.00p per share. Following this acquisition, Mr. McCutcheon's interest in the share capital of the Company is 400,000 ordinary shares, or 0.46% of Ovoca's issued share capital.
