In accordance with paragraph 5.6.1(R) of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency
Rules, the Company announces that as at 31 January 2010, the Company's issued
share capital consisted of 824,965,026 ordinary shares with a nominal value of
0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares").

The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

Therefore,   the   total  number  of  Ordinary  Shares  with  voting  rights  is
824,965,026.

The  above figure of 824,965,026 Ordinary Shares  may be used by shareholders in
the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine
if  they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest
in,  the  share  capital  of  the  Company  under the FSA's Disclosure Rules and
Transparency Rules.
