The Company's issued share capital with voting rights as at 1 February 2010 was 361,061,922 ordinary shares of 0.005p each.

The Company does not hold any of the ordinary shares in Treasury.

The above figure of 361,061,922 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
