The Company announces that it received notification on 1 February, 2010, that on 29 January, 2010, Laurie Beevers sold 200,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his SIPP, at 43p per share.

Following these transactions there has been no change in Mr Beevers' beneficial interest in the Company and he is still interested in a total of 762,857 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.62% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
