Mr. Neil James Corfield Thomas, a person discharging managerial responsibilities of WS Atkins plc (the "Company"), notified the Company on 29 January 2010 that on that day in London he purchased 98 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company at £6.0282 per share pursuant to the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan.
