Total Voting Rights - Month-End Disclosure

In conformity with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Anite plc confirms that, the Company's issued capital, as at the close of business on 29 January 2009, consisted of 298,683,195 ordinary shares with voting rights. There are no shares held in treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
