Notice of Annual General Meeting
LONDON - Hirco PLC (AIM:HRCO), an investment vehicle for Hiranandani, India's
largest developer of prestigious mixed-use townships, today announced that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at Park Hyatt Zurich, Beethoven-Strasse 21, 8002 Zurich on 22 March 2010 at 11.00 a.m. local time. The Notice of AGM will be distributed to shareholders on 22 February 2010 and be made available online at the Company's website (www.hircoplc.com).
The Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2009 will be distributed on 22 February 2010 and will also be available on the Company's website.
