On 27 January 2010 the Company issued 2,157,545 shares from Treasury to cover
bonuses to directors and staff at 42.00 pence per share.

Directors and PDMR's receiving shares and directors' new beneficial holding
totals are as follows-

Following this issue of Treasury shares M A Heller and his family had an
interest in 46,440,117 shares in the company representing 56.78% of the issued
share capital net of Treasury shares.

The Company now holds 2,135,506 shares in Treasury. For reporting purposes
under section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 the market should exclude any
shares held in Treasury and use an issued share capital figure of 81,786,523
shares.

Following the receipt of the additional shares referred to above J A Heller and
M A Heller transferred 1,104,762 of their additional shares to family
companies.

Following these transfers their holdings are now:-

The overall interest of J A Heller and M A Heller and family is unaltered by their
