HOUSTON, TEXAS Caza Oil & Gas, Inc. ("Caza" or the "Company") (TSX: CAZ) (AIM: CAZA) announced that it has received notification that on 26 January 2010 Junior Oils Trust acquired a further 3,260,869 ordinary shares in the Company. Following the acquisition the Junior Oils Trust holds 9,260,869 ordinary shares of the Company, representing 7.76% of its issued share capital.
