Preliminary Results Notification

Meggitt PLC will announce preliminary results for the year ended 31st December 2009 on Tuesday 2nd March 2010 following their approval at a Board meeting.

A meeting for analysts will be held at 9.00am at the offices of Buchanan Communications, 45 Moorfields, London EC2Y 9AE on Tuesday 2nd March 2010.
