Tatneft Announces Change of Registrar

JSC TATNEFT (the "Company") announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved transfer of the shareholders register of the Company to a new registrar, the Almetievsk branch of LLC "Evroaziatsky Registrator"  and  that respective agreement to maintain shareholders register was signed on 28 January 2010.
