Grant of Options

Zytronic plc, a leading specialist manufacturer of touch sensors and optical, announces the award of options 82,500 ordinary shares to certain senior and middle management employees, including an award of options over 7,500 ordinary shares to Denis Mullan, Finance Director. All of the options are exercisable at 215p (being the closing price on 28 January 2010) between 28 January 2013 and 28 January 2020.
