Expiry of Option Agreement

Niche announces that it has decided not to renew its option to acquire the remaining 94.5 per cent. of Ely Management Operations Limited ("EMO") and that talks have been terminated. Following this decision the Company is no longer in contemplation of a reverse takeover. However, as a result of the fees associated with the aborted transaction, the Company's shares will remain suspended until such time as it has clarified its financial position.
