Notice of Forthcoming Events

TUI Travel will issue a trading update on the day of its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 9 February 2010.

TUI Travel will also issue first quarter results for the three months ended 31 December 2009 on Monday 15 February 2010 to coincide with TUI AG's announcement of its results for the same period.

A conference call for analysts and investors will be held on 15 February.
