The Company announces that it has received notification of the following recent disposals of Ordinary Shares in the Company, by Energiser Investments plc 

• 22 January 2010                5,000,000 shares

• 25 January 2010                5,000,000 shares

• 26 January 2010                2,500,000 shares

Energiser Investments plc now has an interest in 37,500,004 Ordinary Shares which represents 3.75% of the current voting rights of the Company.
