Innolux Display Corp. ("Innolux") (TAIEX: 3481) today announced that the board of directors resolved to change the base date of the merger with Chi Mei Optoelectronics Corp. ("CMO")(TAIEX: 3009) & TPO Displays Corp. ("TPO") (Emerging Market Code: 3195) from original 2010/03/01 to 2010/04/01 because the foreign merger application is still proceeding.
