Directors' purchase of shares

The Company has been notified that on 27 January 2010, Samuel Sattath, a non-executive director, purchased
300,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company at prices between 28p and 28.5p per share.

Following this transaction Mr Sattath's total shareholding in the Company is 2,886,993 ordinary shares,
representing 4.88% of the issued share capital of the Company.
