Persons discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) shareholding

On 26 January 2010, David Casterton exercised 33,592 shares under the ICAP Senior Executive Equity Participation Plan ("SEEPP"). This exercise relates to 40% of the basic and matching award granted to David Casterton under the SEEPP on 13 December 2006 at an exercise price of £2.  The market value on the date of exercise is £3.80.  

Following this transaction, David Casterton has an interest in 196,668 ordinary shares in the Company.
