JPMorgan European Fledgeling Investment Trust plc purchased into treasury 150,000 ordinary shares at 659.00 pence per share on Wednesday 27th January 2010

Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue total 48,713,323 including 2,353,217 held in treasury at a weighted average discount of 15.85%.
