Exercise of Options

The Company has today issued 64,307 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's EMI Share Option Scheme. Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 2 February 2010.

Following the exercise of options, the enlarged issued share capital of the Company is 93,643,302 Ordinary shares with 225,000 shares held in Treasury.
