Matica plc ("Matica" or the "Company") announces that Mr. Veraje Anjargolian, currently an Executive Director of the Company, is stepping down from the Board with immediate effect.

Mr. Anjargolian is continuing with the Company in the role of Chief Operating Officer. He will in future be dedicating all his time to sales, marketing and operational activities at Matica System in Italy and Matica Americas, without having the additional responsibilities of being a member of the Board.
